Purpose and objectives of the program

It is to facilitate and accomplish:

  1. The transfer of methods and professional tools for management and supervision, only used in consultancy companies, to the middle management of a company.
  2. The implementation of professional systems designed to eliminate all the malfunctions found in the process of leading a team and in its course of achieving its objectives.
  3. Quick and easy implementation of 15 professional projects which ensure the performant and controlled way of functioning of a team. The implementation is facilitated by the existing consultancy methods, instruments, and methodologies, and also by the management’s involvement in establishing mechanisms for assuming and disseminating projects.
  4. Quick implementation of the necessary changes in the organization due to the fact that this comes from inside of the company and is carried out by the existing employees.
  5. Clear differentiation between CBC Romania’s program and other training programs on the market.
