Purpose and objectives of the program
It is to facilitate and accomplish:
- The transfer of methods and professional tools for management and supervision, only used in consultancy companies, to the middle management of a company.
- The implementation of professional systems designed to eliminate all the malfunctions found in the process of leading a team and in its course of achieving its objectives.
- Quick and easy implementation of 15 professional projects which ensure the performant and controlled way of functioning of a team. The implementation is facilitated by the existing consultancy methods, instruments, and methodologies, and also by the management’s involvement in establishing mechanisms for assuming and disseminating projects.
- Quick implementation of the necessary changes in the organization due to the fact that this comes from inside of the company and is carried out by the existing employees.
- Clear differentiation between CBC Romania’s program and other training programs on the market.
