Short description of the program

 

The program is based on a methodology that can be completed by reorganizing the sales department so that it can implement management by objectives, performance indicators and standards and also an evaluation system of employees.

The sales team will be equipped with all the skills necessary for selling products, eliminating customer objections, offers argumentation, collecting receivables and customer relationship management.
At the end of the program participants will have 24 folders with all the necessary methodology to achieve sales targets for specific positions in a department.
